Here you can take advantage of our private gym area and extensive range of work-out equipment.

We have secure male and female changing rooms, and a sunbed to help top up your tan. And use the Sauna and Steam room to aid your complexion further.

Why not wind down after excersize in the bespoke jacuzzi where you can relax by watching the flat screen televisions?

New to this year we have the option of personal 1 to 1 training. Under the tutorage of one of two of our experienced trainers you can get fitter faster.
