The ethos behind these projects is very much governed by Optima’s commitment to social regeneration and community projects but each of these projects is given its own unique stamp, with the redesign work all being carried out in-house. Where necessary the restoration and refurbishment is undertaken sympathetically, but with a modern approach to building techniques.

The portfolio of projects past and present certainly reflects Optima's desire to restore and renovate landmark buildings. From 62 Park Road in Peterborough, to the old Bass Brewery in Burton on Trent, Wyton Church and most challenging of all, Horse Sands Fort on the south coast which has lain derelict for 60 years.
